Coffee was fine, but the food I wanted wasn’t available midday. Still, the vibe is unmatched—motorcycle gear everywhere and cool clothing for sale. Definitely not your average coffee shop.

Thanks to Yelp, I found a new gem! What a fun new business that’s motorcycle themed! I love that the inside is filled with motorcycle themed merchandise, and they have a wide variety of beverages (coffee, boba tea, hot chocolate, CBD oil, etc) and pastries. I tried one of their specials today - the lavender mocha, and it’s one of the drinks that you can get iced which I love. They also asked me what type of milk I would like - I went with almond. As for pastries, I had a chocolate chip muffin - perfect for my taste buds (not too sweet and not too plain). There were chocolate chips evenly spread throughout. The staff here is very friendly, efficient and made great recommendations. They have free WiFi as well as plenty of chairs and tables for those who want to lounge around, study, or enjoy their beverage and pastry. There’s also plenty of free parking on premise that they own. I’d totally come back when I’m in the area next and would recommend this place to anyone looking for coffee, tea, and if you’re a rider, you most definitely need to come check it out!

Google coffee place and found this. I passed by this place before but did not realized it’s a cafe. The building looks just like a car garage. Coffee is good, egg cheese bagel is good. Weather is nice so we sit outside and it super relaxing. I will definitely come back here again.

Grind and gears café is a nice school café in Niles, IL. Extinct around bikes and all apparel mugs, and things around the motorbikes. They have a good collection of coffees, Boba and some pastries. I got a chance to try midnight cruise - lavender mocha and the blueberry muffin. The coffee was really good but seems they don’t bake the pastries muffins and all over there so they didn’t have much collection a good place to hang around chitchat and if you’re a bike lover, maybe buy something from them as a merchandise, highly recommend this place if you’re in the Niles area.

Grind N Gears is a fantastic coffee shop with a unique and welcoming atmosphere. I had the pleasure of meeting one of the owners, Dan, and the barista, Levi—both were incredibly kind and made the experience even better. Levi was especially great, making sure our drinks were just right and engaging in friendly conversation that added a personal touch to the visit. We tried a white mocha and a sugar-free vanilla latte, both of which were well-made and delicious. I also appreciated that Levi checked if we wanted more sweetness, ensuring our drinks were exactly how we liked them. The shop itself has an awesome vibe, with its bike-themed decor and thoughtfully curated merchandise. The entire space feels cohesive and inviting. I’ll definitely be back in the summer to enjoy more great coffee and the welcoming atmosphere!

Really cool place with great food and drinks. We stopped in to check it out and the interior decor is so cool with vintage motorcycles and other motorcycle themed apparel. We had a great iced latte coffee as well as strawberry boba tea and mango bulb tea. We love their lavender as well as hibiscus tea. We definitely will be back. Plenty of parking right out in front and easy to get here right off Oakton avenue.

An absolute gem if you’ve got little kids in tow. The coffee was excellent, and there were ride-on toys, ramps, and play cars to keep my son happy while I relaxed. Such a thoughtful and fun setup. Wish my home town had a place like this!
